| Worldwide Shipping In the United States our usual method of shipping is UPS Ground or U.S.P.S. Priority the charge is the same for either. 3 day, 2 day, Next Day are also available, just select your choice when checking out. Charges reflected are approximate, and usually lower than the estimate. You will always be charged the lowest shipping fee, actual charges are not available until your order is boxed and weighted. Insurance Your order is insured against loss and or damage. Be sure to notify either UPS or US Postal Service depending on which method was chosen. If you don't remember, email or call us we'll be happy to help. You must notify them within 24 hours and keep the box and all packaging for them to inspect. As soon as you notify them we can begin to get things replaced. But you have to call them to get the claim started, they don't want to hear from us until you have begun the claim.
International Shipping International Shipping is done by U.S. Postal Service as it is the most economic method using Air Delivery. We always send you an Email of the choices and leave it to your decision. If you prefer UPS, it's not a problem just considerably more expensive. Please check with your Countries Customs as to what their laws are in importing the items you are ordering. We have no way to know each Countries Laws. So duty may be required, but we will help you however we can. If the paperwork needs to say Gift we can do that, and ship your receipt by separate mail. We have shipped to the most obscure places in the world and do have repeat customers! Your order always travels insured. In the event insured shipping is not available to your country we'll email you and ship once you have accepted to have your order ship uninsured but understand we are not responsible for the package after it ships from here.
