Shipping

We ship world wide. Our International Shipping is done by U.S. Postal Service as it is the most economic method using Air Delivery. We always send you an Email of the choices and leave it to your decision. If you prefer UPS, it's not a problem just considerably more expensive.

Please check with your Countries Customs as to what their laws are in importing the items you are ordering. We have no way to know each Countries Laws. So duty may be required, but we will help you however we can. If the paperwork needs to say Gift we can do that, and ship your receipt by separate mail.

We have shipped to the most obscure places in the world and do have repeat customers!

Your order always travels insured unless you specify otherwise.

In the United States our usual method of shipping is UPS. For domestic orders our normal way to ship is UPS Ground, if you desire 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Air just be sure to select that in Shipping Method.

Insurance

Your order is insured against loss and or damage. Be sure to notify either UPS or US Postal Service depending on which method was chosen.
You must notify them within 24 hours and keep the box and all packaging for them to inspect.
As soon as you notify them, we can begin to get things replaced. But you have to call them to get the claim started, they don't want to hear from us until you have begun the claim. We will ship you your replacement as soon as UPS notifies us that a claim was made. (we have to send them paperwork, but we'll get it right with you right away, then wait for their process for our end.)

If you do not notify them within their required period, there is nothing that we can do about it...
