Miva Shopping Cart
We use Miva shopping cart and it makes shopping easier. Select from the Main Navigation on the left, you'll notice the Main Categories once opened reveal subcategories below them (if they exist). The subcategories break up the categories into specific groups and you may find them easier to select the type of item you wish to place into your basket. To order more than 1 unit click on the name or image and you'll be taken to a larger image of the item and the ability to add more than 1. If you click 'add to basket' you can increase, decrease or erase items when you select 'Baskets Contents'
Checking Your Basket Contents
Checking your
basket contents is easy, but you may wish to wait till the end of your shopping
session to make any changes there. Reason is to get back to where you were
you need to hit the Back button or arrow on your Internet Browser. This will
bring you exactly back to where you were when you placed any items in the
basket. If you make any changes you'll need to select 'Store Front from the
menu bar on top and re navigate to where you were or where you'd like to be.
By waiting till you are done shopping to make any changes to your basket you
can continue each time you place anything into your basket until you are done.
Be sure to examine what you've placed in your cart carefully many items are
not returnable due to we cannot guarantee they have not been tampered with
(health dept issues). Returns that are permitted carry a 10% restocking fee
minimum and only for 30 days. Items do not drop into the cart unless they
have been selected, so again please check. Since a confirmation copy of your
order is automatically sent (unless your email address is incorrect or non
existent) you should examine it right away and email us if you have ordered
anything by mistake, please do this within a couple hours or placing your
order as we do tend to fill orders as soon a we can.
Making Changes To Your Basket Contents
Changes to items in your basket is very easy. Add items, subtract, or delete is very straight forward just be sure to click the Update Button!
Shop By Search
The more specific your are in this search the better you like it. For example if you just entered 'charcoal' hoping to have Boxes of Charcoal return, like we thought it would, well everything that preferences charcoal came back! So if you Searched Charcoal Box you'll be much happier with the results.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover at the moment. We do plan on adding American Express and E-Checks but not there quite yet. We do also accept Visa, and MasterCard Debit Cards, and you can always mail a U.S. Postal Money Order in. International Orders paying by Money Order please use American Express Money Orders.
Company Checks are only accepted from Business that we already do accept from, however if you'd like us to accept your company check we require a Credit Card on file as assurance, just in case. Our apology for this inconvenience but unfortunately we've had some bad checks from business's and this forced us to this to survive. Once E-Checks are offered, that will no longer be an issue, as E-Checks work just like Credit Cards in that the amount is locked from your account upon our processing them.
